Part has been CEO of Clean Air Industries since the original Clean Air America acquisition in 2021. He previously acquired TVS Filters in Bessemer, Alabama in 2016, serving as President and General Manager before a successful exit to PleatCo Filtration (Align Capital Partners) in 2019. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Harbert Management, primarily as a public equity analyst on a value-based hedge fund.

David Elliott

David joined Pine Crest as VP of Finance and Partner in March 2025. He previously led Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations for two years at Change Healthcare (NASDAQ: CHNG) until its sale to UnitedHealth Group, after six years in Corporate Development at the company, including taking it public and closing more than $25 billion in M&A transactions. He began his career in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co.

Josh Saxon
COO, Clean Air Industries
Josh has been COO of Clean Air Industries since 2023. He was previously the senior-most operator at the Louisville location of Pentair PLC (NYSE: PNR) following its acquisition of PleatCo Filtration in 2021. He joined TVS Filters in 2017, rising to COO until the sale of the company to PleatCo in 2019. Earlier, he served a decade in the U.S. Army.

Mark Salamone
CRO, Clean Air Industries
Mark has served as Chief Revenue Officer of Clean Air Industries since 2022. He previously held a series of leadership roles at CECO Environmental (NASDAQ: CECO), including product regional sales manager, operations manager of a services and sales business, and national sales director, where he led cross-department sales strategies. He began his career as a manufacturing engineer at Lincoln Electric in New Product Development.
